Ultra Custom Dodge Viper Satin Indoor Covers
We sourced the smoothest satin, added extra lycra, a soft fleece backing and had the mill double the strength of the yarn to prevent damage. Next, we perfected several patterns to fit all Vipers (except ACR, which will be added soon). Then we designed a manufacturing process which allows our customers to select stripes sewn into the cover of matching fabric in a choice of colors.
We also gained licensing rights to allow a heat transfer of the latest Viper logo. After all that, we made some samples, gave some units to Viper owners and took notes of their comments.
We redesigned the patterns to ensure no cuts or patchwork effect in the side - the entire side is made of a single piece of fabric, as is the top. In all there are just three pieces of fabric. The stitching has been re-designed to be a blind stitch making it as hidden as possible. We used a re-designed grade of neoprene elastic on the front and back to give the cover just the right amount of tightness to provide a snug fit without pulling up on the sides.
The final product is what we believe to be the best fitting cover available. We are confident you'll agree.
